Nandina domestica
An medium sized shrub, with a graceful fern like lime green foliage turning deep red in colder weather. Small white flowers in summer will become red berries into autumn and winter. Known as Sacred Bamboo as branches can resemble bamboo canes with diamond shaped leaflets.
Cultural
Prefers a full sun position but will tolerate part shade. Plant in moist, well drained soil. Water regularly after planting and mulch well to conserve soil moisture and supress weeds. Fertilise in spring.

A spectacular plant for ornamental containers with its stunning foliage. Ideal for mid-sized screening particularly in narrow spaces. Extremely hardy.
