Rosmarinus officinalis 'Chef's Choice'
An evergreen, low growing shrub with an abundance of purple-blue flowers in Summer. Suitable as a garden plant; the highly aromatic green-silver foliage cascades over pot edge and is pleasing to the eye.
A low maintenance herb that grows well in sunny or partially shaded environments within most soils, provided they are free draining. Tolerant of harsh conditions such frost, drought and coastal environments. We recommend an annual application of slow release fertiliser, in addition to regular pruning to maintain compact shape.
The lovely compact growth and fine dark green foliage is one of the most stunning of all the Rosemarys.. Grows well in containers close by the Kitchen or bbq areas to use sprigs while cooking. Clipped Hedges or blocks in formal style gardens. Create a provincial French style Mediterranean gardens when planted with Cupressus Glauca, Lavender, Rhaphiolepsis and Citrus.
