Liriope muscari 'Monroe White'

Grass like perennial, tidy clumps of deep green, strap-like foliage. A profusion of violet purple to pink or white are borne in late Spring/ early Summer.

DESCRIPTION

Short mid-green foliage. White flower spikes to 30cm.

CULTURAL

Easily grown in well drained soil in a sunny or semi shaded position
Tolerates frost or coastal conditions. Protect plants from small grubs or snails. If foliage is looking tired cut back hard in late Winter.

LANDSCAPE USES

Widely used in landscaping, Liriopes make an ideal groundcover and small varieties are suitable for planting between pavers, or for rockeries, containers or borders.
